Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after processing. Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Note: We currently do not ship to Africa or South America.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. At this time, we do not ship to Africa or South America.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at joinorva@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
