Lifetime Warranty
Try them for 30 days. After that, your socks remain covered by a lifetime warranty.
Wear your ORVA socks exactly as they were designed to be worn: through long working days, extended shifts and all those hours spent on your feet. If, within the first 30 days, the size isn't right, the comfort doesn't meet your expectations or they simply aren't what you hoped for, contact us and we'll refund your purchase. No complicated paperwork. No lengthy explanations. No unnecessary exchanges. And after those 99 days, your protection doesn't end. If your socks eventually wear out through normal use, we'll take care of it.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Take a photo. Lay your socks flat and take a clear photo showing the worn or damaged area.
- Send us an email. Send the photo to my.reuniq@gmail.com with "Warranty" in the subject line and include your sock size.
- We'll review your claim. Our team will assess your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Unless we specifically ask you to, there's no need to package or return the worn pair.
What's Covered by the Warranty
- Holes caused by normal wear and tear
- Worn or damaged fabric around the heel, toes or forefoot
- Seams or stitching coming undone
- Elastic or ribbed cuffs that no longer stay in place properly
- Cushioned areas that have significantly lost their structure
- Unusual shrinking or stretching after normal washing
What's Not Covered by the Warranty
- Socks you no longer have in your possession. We need to be able to visually inspect the product to assess your warranty claim.
- Damage caused by pets, sharp objects or anything unrelated to normal wear and tear.
- Lost or missing socks.
- Products that have been deliberately cut, burnt or intentionally damaged.
- Socks or other products that are not from the ORVA brand.
This warranty is designed to protect you against genuine product wear and tear, not accidental or intentional damage.
Why We Guarantee Every Pair
A lifetime warranty only means something when the product is built to last. Every genuine warranty claim also gives us valuable information about where, how and under what conditions a pair eventually wears out.
This feedback helps us better understand how ORVA products perform in real working conditions and identify improvements we can continue to make.
If something goes wrong with your pair, we'd rather you let us know so we can find a solution.
